The Makannah Group was founded in 2004 by current CEO and President Jeffrey Masters. Jeff and his staff have over 50 years of experience in telecom. The Makannah Group has dedicated itself to nurturing long-term business relationships with the biggest telecom companies in the world. The same effort is put into developing and maintaining connections with smaller, localized providers to make sure we can present the most comprehensive and best telecom solution for your business.

Jeff earned his college degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. During this time he was a USTA certified tennis professional and taught classes in the Washington DC and Northern Virginia areas. Jeff also attended Southern Illinois Universtity Edwardsville where he was a member of the 1984 NCAA Championship Team. In 1997, Jeff joined US Cellular in Madison, Wisconsin as a sale representative. In 2000, Jeff helped open the sales markets for TDS Metrocom in Michigan. He quickly became one of the most successful sales professionals in the industry. After seeing the frustration customers experienced with telecom products and support, Jeff decided to go out on his own.
